Your Role and Responsibilities

Assists clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday HR / Recruiting, Workday Integrations, including EIB, Studio and Cloud Connect integrations, and / or Talent Management modules.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in configuring & supporting Workday HCM module
• Deep knowledge in at least one functional area in IBM HR, with minimum 3 years hands-on process experience
• Familiarity with at least 2 other functional areas in IBM HR
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and processes
• Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to interpret functional specifications or requirements
• Ability to conceptualize how various set-up options affect what happens in the application.
• Demonstrated learner and prioritization skills
• Familiar with business processes, system controls, process flows, and documentations tools
• Understanding of change control, incident management, and testing
• Ability to network with deeper experts in these areas and collaborate on setup as needed
