About the Role

As a Sales Intake Representative , you will be the first point of contact in the client journey—serving as the gateway to our team of skilled attorneys prepared to advocate on their behalf. You’ll be the warm, knowledgeable voice that responds to inquiries with empathy and clarity, fostering genuine connections from the start. In this role, you’ll guide prospective clients from their initial outreach through to a formal legal consultation, laying the groundwork for a strong and lasting attorney-client relationship.

What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Create Exceptional First Impressions : Represent Michael & Associates with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they call.
  • Handle High-Volume Calls with Precision : Manage a large volume of inbound calls (50-100 daily), answering client questions with clarity, providing guidance, and setting up appointments with attorneys for consultations.
  • Own the Client Journey : Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required, or alternatively, a minimum of 2+ years in a customer service call center role. This is a non-negotiable qualification.
  • We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
  • This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
