Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the annual marketing plan, including forecasts, promotional strategies, and budgets for the assigned portfolio.
Plan and implement effective promotional activities in partnership with the sales team to drive sales performance.
Monitor and manage inventory levels in coordination with the Business Unit Head and Procurement team.
Conduct product knowledge training for Medical Promotion Specialists to ensure impactful detailing to healthcare professionals.
Gather and analyze market and competitor information to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Prepare regular reports on product performance and promotional outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Health / Science-related courses.
At least 5 years of experience in product or brand management, ideally within the healthcare or consumer health industry.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Proven experience in brand strategy development and translating plans into actionable KPIs.
Proficiency in financial feasibility analysis, resource planning, and P&L / budget management.
Creative thinker with an ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
