    Job Description

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive in-store marketing strategy aligned with global brand standards and local market dynamics.
    • Lead annual planning for in-store campaigns, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize ROI and brand impact.
    • Create immersive, culturally relevant in-store experiences that drive foot traffic and increase dwell time.
    • Champion customer-centric design and storytelling across all physical touchpoints.
    • Design and implement seasonal promotions, product launches, and experiential activations across all store formats.
    • Analyze shopper behavior, campaign performance, and store-level data to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
    • Implement A / B testing and pilot programs to validate new concepts and innovations.
    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing in-store marketing team with a focus on innovation and agility. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Stay ahead of retail trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activity to inform strategy and inspire new ideas.
    • The Successful Applicant

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in retail trade marketing or customer experience role, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
    • Proven track record of leading in-store marketing strategies across multi-outlet retail environments
    • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, shopper psychology, and path-to-purchase strategies
    • Expertise in visual merchandising, store layout optimization, and experiential retail
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced agile environment
