We are looking for an Admin Supervisor to oversee daily administrative operations, facility management, safety, and procurement across our branches. This role ensures smooth office operations, reliable support services, and a safe working environment so the company remains ready to serve its customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and develop a team of administrative staff to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Oversee safety and security protocols, including incident response and compliance with regulations.
- Manage preventive maintenance and repairs for offices and branches, coordinating with contractors when needed.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services while building strong vendor relations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper allocation of resources to support operations.
- Manage administrative budgets, tracking costs and ensuring efficient use of company resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and maintain readiness to serve customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities / Operations Management, or related field.At least 3–5 years of experience in administration, facilities management, or procurement.Proven supervisory experience with the ability to guide and motivate a team.Strong knowledge of safety standards, security protocols, and inventory management practices.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant facility or procurement systems.What We Offer
