Job descriptionDevelop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives. Optimize warehouse operations, and transportation processes to reduce costs and improve delivery times. Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance. Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without overstocking. Implement systems to monitor stock movement, forecast demand, and reduce waste. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and present findings to senior management. Set goals, monitor performance, and provide training to enhance team capabilities. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role Strong leadership and team management Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control Organizational and problem-solving abilities Communication and interpersonal skills
