Your responsibility as a Business Building Executive is to deliver business growth within an assigned territory by executing commercial programs, strengthening trade partnerships and improving product availability and visibility. The role plays a key part in retaining loyal consumers, attracting competitive switchers and expanding company’s market share.

As a frontline leader, the  Business Building Executive (BBE) shapes in-store execution – ensuring compliance with pricing and presence standards, activating programs that drive demand and offtake, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the field.

Work Location : Subic Sales Office – should be amenable to do field work in areas covered by the assigned sales office

Work Schedule : Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 6 : 30 AM
