Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to oversee the overall financial management of the company. This role will lead both strategic planning and operational execution, working closely with multiple departments and brandsparticularly within ecommerce, retail, or FMCG sectors. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
Qualifications :
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
- Proven experience in general accounting , audit , taxation , and financial reporting
- Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis for multi-brand organizations
- Must have experience working within the ecommerce, retail, or FMCG industries .
- Excellent technical proficiency, especially in Xero, SAP, Microsoft Office Applications, and other finance-related software / tools
- Demonstrated ability to understand and manage complex financial structures and data
- Strong leadership skills; able to inspire, lead, and mobilize teams effectively
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
Duties & Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end financial planning processes including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial modelingManage and analyze the Profit & Loss (P&L) performance across multiple brandsProvide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior leadershipMonitor KPIs and develop dashboards / reports that drive business performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business initiativesConduct variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and scenario planningEnsure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirementsIdentify financial risks and opportunities, and recommend actionable strategiesLeverage financial software and tools to improve efficiency and data accuracyMentor and lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of ownership, growth, and high performance
