Job descriptionCoordinate with banks to ensure compliance and timely submission of required documents Respond to and manage all bank-related requests such as account updates, sanctions, and compliance matters Maintain accurate and timely accounting entries Handle sensitive financial data with a high level of confidentiality and integrity Work closely with internal teams to support finance and treasury operations Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Strong knowledge of banking, treasury, and accounting principles Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Preferably with experience in international, multinational companies, or banking industry Can work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and relationship management skills
Treasury Controller
Location : Malate, Manila
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday
Employment Type : Full-time, On-site
Salary : 80,000 - 110,000 (budget varies depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely posting of receipts in the accounting system
- Manage Know Your Customer or KYC requirements and maintain relationships with multiple banks
- Oversee account maintenance including opening and closing of accounts and updating signatories and approvers
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial reports including
- Treasury and Accounts Payable KPI reports
- Cash Monitoring reports
- End-of-Month Cash Balance reports
- Process ad hoc payments such as return of funds, clearing of funds due to bank closures, or mandatory payments
