A Service Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the service department to ensure the efficient delivery of security solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Compiling Excel reports for open and aged Service jobs.
- Assisting with the compilation of Excel reports for our performance on customer jobs.
- Reviewing daily security patrol reports and aligning with relevant customer work orders and PMT job numbers for invoicing.
- Gathering details from different data sources and consolidating them into our job management system
- Data Entry
- Invoicing
- Liaising with our Service Coordinators and customers regarding new job requests and existing job updates.
- Interaction with various programs and customer portals to obtain or update data.
- Job Creation in our job management software, simPRO, occurs when work orders are received from our customers.
- Ad-hoc requests and other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.Preferably with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.Must-Have :
Preferably with strong experience with spreadsheets like Microsoft ExcelProblem-solving & data investigation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and within a teamAbility to easily understand new processes
