Brief Job Description :
The Procurement and Systems & Analytics Analyst, plays a critical role in supporting Vertiv's Procurement and Logistics operations through the collection, organization, analysis, and management of data that drive strategic supply chain decisions. A key focus of this role is the resolution of freight invoice discrepancies and the management of carrier relationships to ensure accurate billing, compliance with contractual terms, and continuous performance improvement.

Freight Invoice Validation & Claims ResolutionCarrier Relationship ManagementProcurement Logistics Analysis & ReportingSupport of Procurement Logistics Programs & Strategic InitiativesManage pricing data base for negotiated prices.Provide monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report to Global Commodity Manager (GCM).Job Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, preferably with an Engineering degreeAt least 3 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing or Supply ChainAt least 2 years' experience in Data reporting & AnalyticsExperience in Freight Invoice Auditing and Claims ResolutionStrong understanding of freight rating structures, accessorial charges, and logistics billing practices (LTL, FTL, ocean, air, etc.)Microsoft Excel – Intermediate KnowledgeCommodity Familiarization – Basic KnowledgeAdditional / Preferred Qualifications :
