Position : Customer Service Representative – Travel Account
Work Location : Silver City, Pasig
Salary Package : Up to ₱31,700 / month
Qualifications :
At least 1 year of experience using GDS tools (Sabre or Amadeus required)
Excellent English communication skills (B2 CEFR level)
Amenable to work onsite at Silver City, Pasig
Open to shifting schedules including weekends and holidays
Preferably with previous experience in travel or airline account
What You’ll Do :
Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel-related concerns
Provide accurate and efficient support using Sabre or Amadeus
Deliver exceptional customer service to travelers around the globe
