Job description
- Consolidate payroll instructions for each cut off – including: pay changes, incentives, loan deductions, hmo deductions and the likes
- May validate Statutory Benefits for pay out (SSS Mat Leave, Sick Leave and the likes)
- Monitor/compute for the pay deduction for SSS/HDMF Salary loans
- Consolidate, validate and provide the final timekeeping result.
- Answer employee questions or complaints about salaries and payments
- May be part of the Timekeeping Project as part of the UAT as R1 transitions from Prohance to new Timekeeping System
