Job Summary

The COO will lead the rapid expansion and operational excellence of Bravo Italian, Inc. The ideal candidate is expected to have a proven ability to build systems and teams that support aggressive growth while maintaining quality and profitability.

As a core member of the executive leadership team, the COO will design and implement operational frameworks, ensure consistent brand standards, and drive nationwide expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Growth & Expansion :

Develop and execute a scalable operating model to support rapid multi-branch expansion.

Lead market entry strategies, including site selection, outlet rollouts, and franchise development.

Build the operational infrastructure and support systems needed for fast and efficient growth.

Establish and refine operations manuals, training programs, and performance systems to ensure consistency across locations.

2. Financial & Performance Management :

Oversee operational budgets and ensure profitability across outlets.

Monitor P&L performance, optimize resource allocation, and control operational costs.

Collaborate with the CEO and in coordination with Finance on business forecasting, pricing strategy, and ROI analysis.

3. Operational Excellence :

Oversee all aspects of multi-branch operations, including production, logistics, service quality, and compliance.

Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency, food quality, and service consistency.

Implement data-driven performance management, tracking KPIs for productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction.

Utilize technology solutions (POS systems, analytics, inventory management) to optimize operations and decision-making.

3. Leadership & Organizational Development :

Build and lead a high-performing operations team capable of sustaining fast growth.

Recruit, train, and mentor Area Managers and store-level managers to ensure strong leadership pipelines.

Foster a results-oriented culture emphasizes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

6. Brand & Customer Experience :

Ensure consistent brand execution and superior customer experience across all branches.

Oversee menu optimization, quality standards, and service protocols.

Gather market feedback to drive operational improvements and innovation.
