Technical Contact Centre Agent

We are hiring TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENTS for a chat support account with the following qualifications :

• Experience in social media & live chat (an added advantage)
• Excellent in English communication skills especially in writing
• General knowledge in Billing and Technical process
• Above Average typing skills
• Experience in a Telco Account is an advantage
• Willing to work with a team
• Open-minded and open for coaching
• Can work on either mid / graveyard shift
