Driver Operations Associate - Onboarding

What you'll do:

• Callout assigned driver leads to assist and follow-up in accomplishing their application from start to end
• Upsell and highlight the benefits of joining Lalamove as a partner-driver to ensure that the target is consistently met
• Responsible for validating driver applications to determine approval or rejection based on documented processes.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as necessary to meet targets and/or complete assigned responsibilities

What we seek:

• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established processes and guidelines
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using laptops and desktop computers for daily work tasks
• Willing to work on-site (PITX)
• Prior experience in a BPO, telemarketing, or similar customer-facing role is an advantage
