We’re offering a competitive salary of $3,500 to $5,000 a month for our next Physical Therapist!
Your role will be to evaluate, diagnose, treat, and educate customers who have muscle, nerve, or other physical disabilities. You will use evidence-based interventions and modalities to treat, prevent, and manage their conditions. You’ll also work to promote wellness and independence for customers and their families.

Your responsibilities will include :
Perform thorough evaluations and assessments of the client's physical function, pain, and mobility.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client goals and needs.Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy and exercise, as well as electrotherapy and ultrasound.Monitor and document client progress and outcomes.Implement treatment plans as needed for optimal recovery and safety.Collaborate with other healthcare providers and team members.Provide education and instruction to clients and their families about home exercises, self-care, and prevention strategies.Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations and ethical standards.Participate in continuing education activities and professional development.Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy from an accredited programCurrent state license to practice physical therapyCPR and BLS certificationAt least 3 years of experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient settingExcellent clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and mobilizing customersStrong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsProficient in using electronic medical records and documentation softwareFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysCommitment to lifelong learning and evidence-based practice
