Builds partnership and maintains strong relationship with senior management of business within country / countries.

Can Interact with all levels and with budget owners or other stakeholders globally mainly VPs, Senior Director / Managers, Senior Finance and Accounting Directors / Managers to produce timely, efficient, and accurate month-end close and all internal management and financial reporting through annual report.

Prepares financial reporting, budget, forecast / plan (P / L, B / S, Cash / Cashflow, AR and Collections, Capital Expenditure, etc.) with all departments and functional areas concerned (Operations, Sales, Accounting & Finance Corporate, etc.). Identifies underlying assumptions, risks, opportunities, and provides explanations on variances.

Can analyze the effect of statutory accounting practices and study regulations and

guidance to ensure correct application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Reviews and approves projected financials for pricing proposals to new or existing customer / contracts.

Coordinates P&L review with accounting and operation teams during month-end close to ensure P&L accuracy and completeness, understanding business reasons for any deviations to established projections.

Consolidates and analyzes complex financial data to assess how we are tracking against forecast / plan.

Can make recommendations for changes as needed and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and can establish the proper techniques to discover and prevent

fraud.

With experience or familiar with Australia Local GAAP or US GAAP.

Ensures understanding and compliance with company policies and Internal Controls in a SOX environment.

Influence others internally and externally, including senior leaders to adopt more

efficient and effective processes.

Supports planning processes and understands major assumptions & other drivers of the business to create accurate forecast / plan.

Provides additional support, outside of those described above, for Ad hoc reports and analysis as business needs arise.
