A Career Architect provides outstanding recruitment service acting as the primary point of contact for applicants
regarding available positions related to client openings and vacancies. Recruiters will provide the candidates with
exemplary service that builds relationships, answers recruitment concerns and increases overall trust to continue
with their initial journey towards being employed; and, provide the client a competitive performance to meet, or even
exceed, expectations which increases their satisfaction in RSD’s service.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Professionally handles sourcing and recruitment
2. Thoroughly and efficiently gather applicant’s information to quickly identify qualification
3. Pre-qualifying applicants through phone screening and interviews
4. Presents and explains complete information of the position the candidate is applying for
5. Answers concerns and educates applicants when necessary about processes
6. Maintain balance between company policy and candidates’ benefits in decision making
7. Responsible in creating personal applicants tracking system for performance reference and reports
8. Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics / targets
9. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our applicants,
especially our clients
10. Perform any and all other tasks which are incidental to or related to main duties and responsibilities
