1. Prepare / Draft Organizational structure by updating job requirements and respective Job Description for all positions.
2. Write directives advising department heads of the organization of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation and employee’s benefits.
3. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
4. Consults legal counsel to ensure that the policies comply with DOLE.
5. Maintain & conduct of human resources staff in management training, interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance evaluations safety etc.
6. Ensuring planning, monitoring and appraisal or work results by training personnel to coach and discipline employees, schedule meeting conference with employees, hearing and resolving employee’s grievances.
7. Coaching & Counseling of employees.
8. Advices Management in appropriate resolution of employee’s relation issues.
