Job Overview :
We’re seeking an experienced Ecommerce Ads Specialist with a proven track record in scaling e-commerce performance. The role focuses on strategy, optimization, and analysis to deliver strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and consistent revenue growth. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, campaign experimentation, and precision execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.
Optimize bidding strategies, ad structures, and budgets to achieve target ROAS and CPA goals.
Manage and troubleshoot product feeds and disapprovals in Google Merchant Center.
Conduct detailed keyword and audience research to expand targeting and improve campaign reach.
Design and execute A / B tests to refine ad copy, landing pages, and campaign performance.
Provide clear, data-backed weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
Maintain accurate conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Ads tools.
Requirements
Qualifications :
3+ years of hands-on experience managing high-budget e-commerce Google Ads campaigns.
Expert proficiency in Google Shopping (Performance Max) and Merchant Center management.
Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of GA4 and campaign performance metrics.
Proven success in scaling campaigns while improving ROAS and lowering CPA.
Skilled in using Google Ads Editor and third-party optimization tools.
(Preferred) Experience in the health, wellness, or supplement niche and familiarity with regional market trends.
Google Ads certification is an advantage.
