Job descriptionA degree in business administration marketing or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience. Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in B2B Lead Generation or Sales in a remote-based role. Stellar communication negotiation and presentation skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively. Master of Multitasking : Youre independent prioritizing tasks with finesse. Passion for education and the drive to impact the educational community for the better Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools is a must. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced results-driven environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Willingness to make sales calls during evenings due to the majority of our clients being located outside the Philippines. Schedule : Schedule : May require flexible hours but with focus on mid-shift (start of shift at 12NN or 1PM) Workdays : Five-day workweek with two rest days. Candidates must reside in NCR Region III or Region IV-A and be able to meet in person in NCR at least once per month Desktop / laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen) 8GB RAM or higher Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed with backup connection Backup power supply for at least 8 hours Support Educators Globally : Play a key role in supporting our network of expert tutors as they teach learners in 30 countries across the Americas Europe the Middle East and Asia-Pacific Remote-First Culture : Work from home while being part of a collaborative inclusive team. EDGE Tutor : The Human Edge in Digital Learning
Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Utilize multiple outbound channels to proactively identify and qualify potential clients and key decision-makers within education-focused organizations. Own the end-to-end lead generation process applying structured research and personalization to consistently generate high-quality ICP-aligned leads.
- Meeting Setting : Engage prospects through effective communication follow-up and relationship-building to secure qualified meetings with decision-makers. Clearly articulate Edge Tutors value proposition and ensure meetings meet qualification standards before handoff.
- Proposal Creation : Collaborate with the team to create customized proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients. Contribute insights gathered during discovery and outreach to ensure proposals are relevant and compelling.
- Transitioning Leads to Pilot : Facilitate the seamless transition from proposal to pilot phase by coordinating with Account Managers. Maintain clear documentation context and next steps to enable successful onboarding and pilot execution.
