Sales and Operations Planner

Job description : Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any 4-year course

At least 6 months of experience in production, sales coordination, or supply chain management

Proficient in MS Office applications and computer-literate

High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills

Effective communicator, able to coordinate across multiple departments

Responsibilities :

Prepares, monitors, and updates production plans and schedules based on orders

Reconciles confirmed orders against booking updates, raw materials availability, and finished goods inventory to ensure smooth execution

Revises plans as needed and provides accurate daily order instructions for production and fishmeal operations

Ensures adherence to GMP, SSOP, HACCP, FSMS, and other quality / safety measures
