Performance Marketing Lead - Quezon City - Sportsbook Industry

SALARY RANGE : ₱70,000 - ₱80,000 | Depends on qualifications

WORK SCHEDULE : Mondays to Fridays | 9 hours inclusive of 1 hour Break from 8 : 00 AM – 10 : 00 AM (Flexible Start Time) to 5 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 PM (Flexible End Time)

WORK LOCATION : Quezon City

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition
• Expertise in paid media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Programmatic Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs)
• Experience in the sportsbook or sports betting industry
• Experience in affiliate marketing, CPA networks, and traffic partnerships
• Strong background in A / B testing, conversion rate optimization, and ad creative performance analysis
• Proven ability to scale ad budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability
• Proficiency in tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, MMPs, Meta Ads
