We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our construction material products across Region 8. This role requires frequent travel, proactive client engagement, and the ability to build strong relationships with hardware stores and end-users.
Key Responsibilities :
- Visit hardware stores and potential end-users regularly within assigned areas
- Conduct door-to-door selling and product presentations
- Maintain and update a customer database
- Submit weekly sales updates and reports
- Identify and convert potential leads into actual sales
- Build lasting relationships with customers and address inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve regional targets
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a field salesperson or ahente, ideally in construction or hardware suppliesStrong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skillsGoal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountabilityPatient and creative in dealing with difficult or hesitant clientsWilling and able to travel extensively around Region 8Valid driver’s license (can drive both motorcycle and car)Preferred :
Familiarity with hardware and construction productsExisting network of hardware store contacts in Region 8
