Your Role

About The Client

We are seeking a highly organized, client‑centered Legal Assistant who can serve as a warm and competent point of contact for our clients, leads, and referral partners. This person will manage scheduling, answer the phone, promptly respond to emails, take accurate messages, prepare, and send engagement letters and payment / invoices, and build lasting relationships that start the moment a client calls or reaches out to our firm.
