Job Description (General Customer Service Role)

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at TaskUs La Union, you will :

Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via calls, chat, or email.

Provide accurate information and solutions in a friendly and professional manner.

Ensure every interaction is a positive customer experience by showing empathy and problem-solving skills.

Work with a supportive team and leaders who will guide you in your professional growth.

Whether you’re supporting healthcare members or assisting general customer service clients, your role is to make things simpler and better for every customer you help.

Basic Qualifications

Must be 18 years old and above

Senior High School or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

No BPO or work experience required

Good to above-average English communication skills

Willing to work onsite at TaskUs La Union

Strong customer service mindset and eagerness to learn
