• Communicate with clients, vendors, or internal teams to resolve financial issues.
• Provide status updates and clarify billing or payment discrepancies.
• Process Improvement
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions and implement best practices in financial operations.
• System and Tool Management
• Use financial systems, CRM, and BPO tools for managing data and workflow.
