Job descriptionStaff Management : Handle recruitment, training, performance appraisals, scheduling, and resolve employee concerns. Customer Relations : Engage with customers, address complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. Operational Support : Assist in inventory management, uphold store standards, ensure safety protocols, and contribute to overall operational efficiency. Communication & Coordination : Serve as a link between management and staff by sharing information, implementing procedures, and facilitating effective communication.
