Job Responsibilities :
- Work all assigned tickets; complete tickets within SLA
- Configure and maintain all physical hardware
- Assist in Onboarding and Acquisition projects
- Assist Tier 3 - Desktop Engineer with deployment projects
- Maintain compliance with applications, operating systems and patch management
- Escalate issues to Tier 3 - Desktop Engineer
- Maintain ownership of ticket until completed; update and coordinate with clients for resolution
Job Requirements :
Strong customer service skillsDeep understanding and troubleshooting skill of the different kind of applicationsExperience with various software, hardware, and internal toolsAbility to follow detailed written and verbal instructionsAbility to accurately proofread numerical and text dataAt least 2 years of experience in the same jobWhy work with Swak BPO Corp.?
