Job descriptionPromote and sell Client's insurance products including life, health, property, and casualty insurance.Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.Conduct needs-based assessments to understand client requirements and offer suitable insurance plans.Explain policy features, coverage options, premiums, and benefits to prospective clients.Assist clients with the application process and ensure accurate documentation.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.Provide post-sales support including policy servicing, claims assistance, and renewals.Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and compliance requirements.Attend training sessions, sales meetings, and workshops as required.
