Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
  • Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social, content marketing, webinars, and email nurture programs).
  • Build and optimize lead generation funnels to consistently deliver qualified sales opportunities.
  • Manage website strategy and content to maximize inbound lead capture.
  • CRM & Marketing Automation (HubSpot)
  • Own and optimize HubSpot CRM and marketing automation workflows.
  • Drive segmentation, lead scoring, and nurture workflows to improve conversion rates.
  • Implement reporting dashboards for marketing performance and ROI.
  • Sales Enablement
  • Partner with the sales team to deliver tools, collateral, and playbooks that accelerate deal velocity.
  • Develop case studies, presentations, and competitive positioning assets.
  • Equip sales with insights from marketing campaigns and buyer behavior.
  • Brand & Thought Leadership
  • Elevate the company\'s market presence with messaging across digital, conferences, and industry partnerships.
  • Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and healthcare-specific content campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of marketing experience in healthcare, SaaS, staffing, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of digital lead generation and demand generation success.
  • Expertise with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of SEO / SEM, paid media, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Experience enabling sales teams with tools, playbooks, and messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to build data-driven campaigns and reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Growth-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
