Requirements :

  • Experience leading a team of 20 or more in marketing, operations, and promotion
  • Over 3 years of platform operations experience with at least 1 year in a managerial role
  • Familiarity with platform operational strategies in the Thai markets, as well as operational methods
  • Willingness to travel
  • Departmental structuring
  • Nationality is not restricted, but local candidates are preferred

Job Description :

  • Break down strategies, implement and supervise the execution of various plans to ensure the company's operational goals are achieved
  • Plan operational models, development, promotion plans, and agent development
  • Improve decision-making communication mechanisms, participate in significant company decisions
  • Organize personnel to collect product marketing, market planning, and various creative materials and information as needed by the market plan
  • Responsible for corporate image, brand positioning, and management work
  • Guide the production of various promotional materials, pre-sales planning, and provide support for promotional work
  • Supervise the execution and implementation of various marketing activities
  • Collect and organize feedback information from activities, provide improvement suggestions for marketing and promotional activities
  • Collect internal operating data, issue annual, quarterly, and monthly operating analysis reports, and organize company operating meetings
  • Responsible for providing business guidance, training, and organizational management for subordinate personnel
