The Senior Sales Manager will drive the company’s expansion in the Philippines by developing market strategy, building strong partnerships, and delivering sales growth in the fire detection sector. The role is field-focused, with most time spent meeting clients and partners, managing opportunities through Salesforce, and collaborating with global teams for technical and marketing support.

We are expanding into the Philippines and seeking a senior sales leader to build and lead our local go-to-market.Job description
Build and execute a market-entry plan for the Philippines, including competitive analysis, GTM, resourcing, and budget.Develop a nationwide sales / channel model and manage it to target, per the approved business plan.Identify, recruit, and onboard installers, system integrators, and distributors; negotiate partner agreements.Establish training and technical support programs for partners and key accounts.Lead local approvals / certifications in coordination with HQ and accredited bodies.Drive brand awareness among consultants / designers, installers, and end users through targeted marketing.Build and maintain a robust pipeline and deliver revenue growth.Follow the company’s global Code of Ethics and compliance policies.Maintain a strong field presence; Spend approximately 70% of working time visiting clients and partners across the Philippines, including consultants, distributors, installers, and developers.Participate in regular online coordination meetings with international teams (Sales, Technical, Marketing, and HQ).Use Salesforce CRM to record and track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities throughout the full sales cycle.Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical support teams from HQ for materials, training, and project support.Requirements
Minimum of 5-7 years of recent experience as a nationwide sales executive in Fire Detection & Security in the Philippines.Experience working with or for international or multinational manufacturers in the same field.Proven track record building channel / distribution for an international manufacturer.Knowledge of BMS / PSIM and smart-building applications is an advantage.Strong technical aptitude : engineering or related degree preferred.Fluent English : additional languages are a plus.Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the Philippines and occasionally abroad.As the company doesn’t have local presence yet, legally able to operate as an independent contractor in the Philippines and issue invoices; registered sole proprietor or corporation preferred.Strong sales-hunter mindset, self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
