Chief Accountant (CPA)
Salary : 50,000 – 60,000
Location : Manila City
The Opportunity
We need a Chief Accountant who loves the craft of accounting and the art of mentorship. You will be the backbone of our accounting team, ensuring our numbers are tight and our people are growing.
What You’ll Do
- Team Leadership : Mentor and guide the accounting staff, fostering a culture of precision and integrity.
- Quality Control : Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure audit-ready accuracy.
- Process Improvement : Streamline workflows to keep the department running smoothly.
Who You Are
Must-Have : Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Experience : 4–6 years of general accounting experience (the 'sweet spot' for technical mastery).
Mindset : You are a natural teacher who takes pride in a perfectly balanced ledger.
