Team Lead (PHRN)

Responsibilities :

Supervise and lead a team of nurses or healthcare professionals, ensuring they meet performance standards.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering professional development.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, protocols, and healthcare regulations.

Act as a liaison between management and the team, ensuring clear communication of expectations and updates.

Required Skills :

PHRN license with strong healthcare background and clinical hospital experience

Additional Notes :

This position will be working with premier offshore provider of healthcare outsourcing services

Working Set-up : Onsite

Mondays to Fridays.
