Construction Manager I / II / III / Sr (Facilities)

The Construction Manager Sr. is responsible for leading teams and collaborating with our construction management and inspection teams. This role will use expertise to lead the planning, coordination and execution of natural gas pipeline and other construction projects, and regards safety as the highest priority!

Responsibilities / Expectations :

• Accounts for front end construction planning, estimate development, analysis and contract management
• Provides input in QA / QC staffing plans, construction cost / schedule management and liaison activities with our business partners
• Provides input on contracting strategy and contractor qualification / selection
• Reviews contractor schedules, execution plans, and extra work claims
• Develops and runs construction progress reporting; leads construction closeout
• Performs audits of inspection processes and documentation requirements
• Anticipates and proactively addresses potential issues and claims
• Provides onsite leadership to our inspection team
• Other duties as assigned
