Production Supervisor - Furukawa Electric Thermal

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field. , MA or MBA is a Plus

At least 5 years of experience in production control, planning, or procurement within a manufacturing environment

With a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.

Strong understanding of production processes, quality management systems, and best practices in manufacturing.

Experience in a similar industry or manufacturing setting is preferred.

Proficiency in production planning software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

Experience in leading cross-functional
