Account specific roles & responsibilities :
- Research for a good contact where to send the requests for items needed for Medicaid Application
- Sending out requests to different institutions
- Outbound calls to follow-up on the requests that has been sent to institutions
- Review statements for more income information of the resident to be requested
- Saving documents to respective resident's folder
- Assisting Medicaid Case Managers on a daily basis
- Filling out medicaid application forms
