Requirements

Must be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or HIgher
BPO experience (6 Months & up) required
Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

Handle inquiries regarding software tools and transactions

Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time

Educate users on best practices for using the platform
