Associate Product Manager

Job Description:

Job Overview

You will help manage the development and launch process across multiple product lines. Our solutions are in high demand by companies who need to manage and automate privacy compliance. This position is located in Cebu, Philippines, and reports to the Data Team & Product Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Generating Product Requirements and Specifications (50%) – Interface with SF PM and discuss priorities. Convert User Stories to JIRA tickets. Go-to product matter expert for the Cebu team, when deep product expertise is required.
• Sprint Planning / Scrum Management (40%) – Define and drive regular sprint planning, scrums with engineering and QA - including maintaining relevant planning systems (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha). Manage production timetables and ongoing communications with internal stakeholders and SF PM.
• GTM Support (10%) – Assist developing sales tools, product documentation, sales training, client onboarding/training, responding to RFP responses, etc.

Experience:

• BA / BS (MBA Preferred) with 2-3 years enterprise SaaS/software product management experience
• Experience with GRC, eDiscovery, legal tech, or other compliance markets is a big plus.
• Proven experience working in an agile development environment and defining/delivering successful products to market.
• Strong technical background and comfortable working closely with engineers, leading sprint planning sessions, participating in daily scrums, etc.
• Enjoy speaking at industry events and webinars, evangelizing with analysts and industry groups, talking with customers, creating sales presentations, and writing white papers
• Great writing skills and a talent for making complex things sound simple via user stories, product requirement documents, sales tools/training, etc.
• Passionate/outgoing personality; able to create a sense of excitement internally and externally for your products
