Job description

Salary : 20,000 - 30,000

With Saturday schedule

QUALIFICATIONS :

・Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

・With 2 years of experience in General Accounting

・Willing to work in Carmona Cavite

  • Who can speak Basic Japanese N4 level or above is highly preferred
  • CPA is an advantage

Job Description :

  • Managing Full Sets of Accounts : Handling all aspects of our financial records, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other tax matters.
  • Internal Auditing : Performing internal audit functions to maintain financial integrity and adherence to policies.
  • Voucher and Payroll Processing : Efficiently preparing vouchers and processing payroll to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
  • Daily Transaction Management : Recording and reconciling daily financial transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Budgeting and Forecasting Support : Contributing to our financial planning by assisting with budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Financial & Management Reporting : Preparing comprehensive financial and management reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Financial Planning Assistance : Supporting the financial planning processes to optimize resource allocation and achieve organizational goals.
  • Promotion Claims and Payment : Managing and processing promotion claims and ensuring timely payments.
  • Inventory Monitoring & Analysis : Closely monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, providing valuable feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Tax Compliance : Ensuring strict compliance with Corporate Tax regulations and all other statutory requirements.
  • General Accounting Duties : Executing various general accounting tasks to support the finance department.
