The role in a nutshell :

The Manager - Accounting & Entity Management will be responsible for managing a portfolio of global clients from a Technical Accounting & Service delivery perspective, utilizing significant client relationship experience for timely & accurate delivery of accounting services to empower our clients growth ambitions. For this role we are looking for a certified public accountant.

How you will make a difference :

• Provide coaching to team members and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure that the team performs the scope of work effectively while delivering exceptional service to existing customers, ensuring that everyone is working towards their individual, team and company goals.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet work objectives and deadlines.
• Responsible for the delivery of relevant Accounting & Entity management contracted tasks.
• Responsible for Procedures & processes documentation (Process level, client level, country level)
• Responsible Client satisfaction under their portfolio
• Responsible for working with other clients facing managers to manage client escalations through to resolution, undertaking route cause analysis where appropriate.
• Input to the ongoing Development on AEM Service Portfolio, Oversight on AEM Profit & Loss
• Work closely with other departments to understand processes and provide insights.
• Make recommendations for improving effectiveness of policies and procedures, maximizing new client engagement and developing plans to meet future needs.
• Always adheres to and demonstrate the Safeguard Global company values leading by example to direct reports. Ensure that duties, responsibilities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood
