Título : SR SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER

Sobre a Posição

Estamos em busca de um Service Delivery Manager para liderar atividades de instalação e modificação necessárias para a entrega de serviços e soluções de telecomunicações. O profissional será responsável por garantir que os projetos sejam entregues dentro do prazo, seguindo as especificações técnicas da empresa e com a qualidade exigida para últimas milhas terrestres e / ou satélites, otimizando recursos e mantendo comunicação fluida com todas as partes envolvidas.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Planejar a implementação da solução de engenharia definida pelo Circuit Designer e completada por outras áreas da empresa.
  • Traduzir a solução em uma lista de materiais e carregá-la nos sistemas de gestão de ordens de trabalho e ERP (SAP).
  • Criar planos de trabalho detalhados e analisar requisitos adicionais para entrega.
  • Planejar e coordenar a entrega, atribuindo atividades a contratistas e equipes internas.
  • Atualizar informações do processo de entrega nos sistemas de gestão.
  • Realizar a entrega, teste, certificação e documentação do serviço completo, incluindo soluções de acesso, instalação de CPE e documentação de testes.

Requisitos

  • Experiência em posições similares em telecomunicações.
  • Experiência em instalação de enlaces de rádio, fibra óptica e satélites.
  • Conhecimento avançado de acessos cabeados e sem fio, CPE (roteadores, switches, etc.) e sistemas de gestão de telecomunicações.
  • Experiência com Networking (IP, Switches, Routers) e segurança DDoS.
  • Experiência desejável com sistemas Dokuviz e ERP (SAP).
  • Idiomas : Português, Inglês e Espanhol.
  • Habilidades de comunicação, proatividade, orientação a resultados e foco no cliente.
  • Capacidade de gerenciar contratistas externos e trabalhar sob pressão em múltiplos projetos simultaneamente.
