Position : Production Team Leader

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday (7am-4pm)

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Graduate of Engineering course or related field.

With at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing company

Experience in team supervision and people management

Experience in MS Excel (formulas) and PowerPoint.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Lead and guide the production team to meet daily goals

Work with other departments to make sure parts are ready on time

Check and improve line setup during changeovers to make it more efficient

Manage both team members and production parts carefully

Prepare reports and give updates using MS Excel and PowerPoint
