Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies tailored to the Western Mindanaomarket.
- Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities with corporate, industrial, and institutional clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure consistent client satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations, client visits, and negotiations across assigned territories.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business developments in Western Mindanao.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, SCM, and Technical) for order fulfillment and after-sales support.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation to management.
- Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events within the assigned areas.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.At least 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in [insert industry, e.g.,HVAC, equipment, FMCG, etc.).
Fluent in Chavacano, Tagalog, and English — both spoken and written.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.Excellent customer service orientation and regional market awareness.Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.Willing to travel extensively within Western Mindanao.Department : RO- Mindanao

Salary Range : Php 19,000 to 25,000
