Primary Responsibilities

• Lead projects as the project manager for complex, single and or multi-program implementations. This includes the creation, management, and oversight of project plans to achieve high quality, on-time projects that result in a satisfied, referenceable client as well as meet established KPI Metrics
• Provide expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation and other areas based on established project management techniques
• Develop project artifacts, following documented business processes. These will be developed in partnership with project leadership and stakeholders
• Manage project schedules and work with teams to identify and achieve delivery dates, including developing detailed project plans, dependencies, predecessors, milestones
• Proactively identify risks and issues using metrics and stakeholder feedback to avoid urgent escalations
• Assign individual responsibilities within the project team and track delivery against assigned tasks
• Drive delivery process to ensure various methodologies come together and team meets agreed‑upon scope within committed timeframes
• Preparing detailed and accurate status reports on a weekly basis, mitigating delays to the implementation, and escalating issues to the leadership team when appropriate
• Provide accurate and timely project reporting to both internal teams and external client stakeholders
• Tracking milestones / deliverables and reinforcing the scope of work outlined in the contract
• Relentlessly collaborating across, and communicating with, a myriad of external and internal stakeholders while serving as the primary liaison between the client and technical / operational resources
• Communicate regularly and effectively with engagement leadership to provide understanding of project parameters and issues
