German Bilingual Analyst

Overview

As a German & English Bilingual Analyst, you will work closely with vendors / customers via phone and email to resolve their queries in German and English language.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy levels above 98% in areas of work
• Able to meet the productivity target set
• Address account-related inquiries and concerns from vendors and ensure vendors know how to use the client's tools
• Act as a main point of contact for vendors, with the goal to develop strong business relationships, create mutual trust, and resolve conflicts to avoid shipment holds or other business interruptions
• Perform other projects and duties as required
