Salary : $1,500 – $2,000 per month (based on experience)
Position Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Agent to manage real-time interactions with our website visitors. As the first point of contact, you will provide prompt and informative responses, ensuring a seamless user experience and fostering community engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with website visitors via live chat, addressing inquiries about content, products, and services.
- Provide accurate information and assist users in navigating the website.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex queries when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback to inform content and service improvements.
- Collaborate with content creators and the support team to enhance user satisfaction.
