REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB :

• Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write / type in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s degree.
• Having 1 year of BPO experience is a big advantage.
• Having an experience in a travel agency or any customer-facing role is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION :

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding flight rescheduling inquiries
• Assist customers with seat changes, cancellations, meal add-ons, and bookings
• Communicate professionally with Chinese VIP passengers, including those seated in Business Class
• Ensure accurate processing of requests while delivering excellent customer service
• Comply with all airline policies, procedures, and safety standards
